I partner with type foundries to help them grow their businesses. This coaching option is similar to the $995/month option, except it includes weekly meetings instead of monthly.

We’ll meet on video for an hour each month to focus on the areas that are most urgent for your business. Between meetings, we’ll work together as partners, doing whatever it takes to help increase your revenue and grow your business. I place no limit within reason on the amount of time we can spend working together by email, Slack, or text during the month.

Over my years as a coach, consultant, and executive for type businesses, I have developed an extensive track record and playbook working on:

• Sales and marketing strategy

• Social media marketing

• Mailing list marketing, audience development, content strategy

• Distribution and distributor relationships and licensing

• Direct sales, pricing, and licensing

• License enforcement and negotiation

Commission-based sales support

I can also represent you as your sales agent in licensing or other business discussions. I’ll work with your customers directly, helping them plan their license purchase of your license or custom type engagement. I’ll help sell, negotiate the pricing and terms, and close the deal. You can introduce clients to me your licensing or creative agent, knowing that I am exceptionally well-versed in navigating the complex issues of selling to large companies.

In this aspect of our work together, I earn my compensation on a commission basis. I get paid when you do, ensuring that our incentives are aligned, and that we share the goal of maximizing your revenue and ensuring your clients’ delight. For this I am compensated via a commission of whatever you earn through any transaction I close. We will separately negotiate a commission rate that works for you.

You can delegate responsibility for complex selling to me completely, or refer individual transactions to me on a case-by-case basis.

This monthly coaching subscription covers continuous virtual access to me via Slack, text, and email, plus a one hour-long meeting each month. (Hour-long meetings often run a bit longer, depending on my schedule and yours.)

Monthly subscriptions include:

• One 60-minute meeting each month. Most clients take their first meeting by video. Following meetings can be by video or phone, whichever you prefer.

• Unlimited access to me between meetings via Slack, email, or text. As much or as little as you need me, you're free to say in touch with me throughout the week. Some folks forward me an email every now and them, with others we chat via DM almost every day.

• For monthly subscribers I’m also available by phone and video to you, when you need me, without limitation.

• Access to networking and collaboration opportunities with other Safe @ Work members

• We can also discuss any topic via DM or audio chat when it’s convenient for both of us

• You’ll have access to other supportive members in Slack

Between meetings, we’ll collaborate as often as you like via Slack, email, or text. Clients often reach out to me to discuss what’s going on at work, to share documents for my review and comments, or to help prepare for meetings or interviews.
